Chanel Bags S/S 08 : Christy Turlington by Karl Lagerfeld
There is something that blows it off for me 
Don't know what, I love Christy and I love Chanel too but, this ads are not very impressive for. Maybe Karl should hire a professional photographer instead of shooting he's own ads. Don't get me wrong, I know he's a good photographer but these year he's work for Fendi, Chanel and now these ones, is not the best that I've seen Well you judge by yourself and tell me what you think

Hmmm, yes there's something "off" with these pics...
1I don't love it and I don't hate it, I guess there's just okay for me.
They're not great pictures, for sure! But I have a hard time disliking anything remotely associated with Chanel.

4Very typical Chanel lighting for the ad. You can almost imagine a big bottle of No 5 on one of those lacquered stands.

6THESE PHOTOS ARE UNGLAMOROUS, THE HAIR IS FUNKY (BAD), BUT THE GORGEOUS BAGS ARE CLEARLY THE FOCAL POINT HERE. PHOTO NUMBER 6 WAS VERY NICE.
7---I do like the bags..but something about her is weird..
8maybe it's because she has the same expression and hair style in every ad for the reaon of it being "off". there just seem to be no contrast in the way she is showing off the purses or the dresses.
9i think she needs to retire from modeling and do something else
